The Blekinge Greenmap is an interactive map which points out green shops, green restaurants, sustainable tourism, sustainable education, alternative banks, second hand and re-use etc in the region of Blekinge. The goal is to make it easier for residents and visitors to make more green choices.
Please help in extending Blekinge Greenmap with more sites and comments the sites already thereby creating an account. You have to be accepted before you can start making changes to the map. Try to follow the criterias below as closely as possible when adding new sites.
Criterias for sites on Blekinge Greenmap:
- For non-commercial sites no criterias have been set yet. It’s decided from case to case.
- More than 50% of the products/services shall be a combination of one or more of these properties: organic, fair trade, green labeled products. If the company has at least one third but has a pronounced goal to extend to at least 50% the company can be added earlier. But the company can be removed if the goal is not reached within one year from the date it was added.
- Companies certified by Svanen are accepted.
- It’s an advantage if the company has a pronounced interest and engagement for sustainability For example it can be stated on the companies website.
A company can be removed from Blekinge Greenmap if it no longer fulfills the criterias or if the company has asked to be removed.
